NEWS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MARCH 16th, 2007

RockWindow Television Network, Inc. has a foot in the door in China through a joint
venture with investment and television executives from China. RWTV plans to provide
online & television Rock & Roll music entertainment. As the Internet and television
converge, RockWindow TV Network will bring original and innovative Classic &
Neo-Classic Rock music as the focus, and other entertainment programming for each of
RockWindow\'s networks (Latin, country, hip-hop, etc.). RockWindow TV Network also
plans to includes many international correspondents throughout Europe, Asia, and
Latin America to bring you all the latest music news you can handle.

This transition - from America to China - represents a major change in how
RockWindow producers create programming. With the digital assets available at their
desktop, RockWindow's TV's producers and researchers find it easy to search and
retrieve the content they need, when they need it, and to make sure the content they
acquire can be reused quickly. "RockWindow will be adding the intelligence to the
capacity that\'s in place now," explained a RockWindow spokesman Jeff Rodgers. In
addition, noted from RockWindow's CEO \"We bring in some know-how, some investment
and some personnel, with the big league players we can bring to the table - we have
a better than average chance.\" Said Mark Hause, CEO of RockWindow.

Although the initial potential deal is initially only for one year in the Mongolia
business district, RockWindow sees it as a foot in the door of a potentially huge
market. In addition, it has been recorded that RockWindow may maintain a corporate
office in Shanghai to Hong Kong as well. That foot, though, must tread lightly
through a maze of government regulations.

\"They are being very precise in how they open the markets,\" RockWindow said. \"There
are restrictions. It\'s not like opening the market and everybody can come flooding
in.\"
RockWindow at least has moved past the entrance foyer. \"We would love to expand our
business in China,\" Hause confirmed. \"This is a first step, kind of a toehold. As
the market opens further, we certainly hope to be there.\" The joint venture\'s will
begin as soon as possible, most likely the beginning of 2008. The Chinese government
is developing certain areas into a business and financial centers with specialized
development zones to support finance and trade, high technology and export
businesses.

RockWindow TV is also planning on making history. After implementing digital media,
the station will become one the first digital broadcasters in China. RockWindow
plans on achieving the market-leading position it had always aimed for. Moreover, as
an early adopter, RockWindow TV is creating new programming content and,
subsequently, feels sure it will grab precious market share in the emerging digital
TV market. With the help of its Business Partners, Rodgers Media Group and IVI
Communications RockWindow has a customized, scalable solution that suits its needs
today and going forward.
